1. Who we are
tevana.online (“the site”) is operated by CDB INTERNATIONAL s.r.o., Tovární 1112, Chrudim IV, 537 01 Chrudim, Czech Republic, company number 19746580 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms.
2. What the site is
The site publishes free informational content about video games. Nothing on it is financial, legal or professional advice. The site has no user accounts and sells nothing directly.
3. Accuracy
We research our content carefully and correct errors (see our editorial policy). Games change often, however, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Where our information differs from the game publisher’s own, the publisher’s information prevails.
4. Partner links and third-party sites
Some links lead to third-party websites or app stores, and some of them are partner links for which we may receive a commission. We do not control those sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and any purchase you make is a contract between you and that third party.
5. Intellectual property
Our texts, illustrations and diagrams are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Liability
We provide the site free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or of linked third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
