Privacy policy

Effective 25 September 2026.

In short: we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind, and the site loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data we process is the technical data every web server receives, plus the contents of any email you send us.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require one for our processing. Please send privacy questions to the email address above.

2. Server logs

When you visit, your browser sends technical information to our web server. The server records this in access logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, HTTP status, amount of data transferred, referring page (under our referrer policy, only the origin of cross-site referrers) and browser user-agent string.

  • Purpose: delivering the site, security and fault diagnosis.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after about 14 days, unless a specific log is needed to investigate a security incident.
  • Recipients: our hosting provider, acting as a processor on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not use the logs to build profiles and do not share them with advertisers.

3. Email

If you email us, we process your email address, your message and any details you include, in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) where your message relates to a contract). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up, then delete it.

4. Partner links

When you click a partner link, you first go to our redirect page (/c/1/) and then to the partner. If you arrived through an ad, campaign parameters in the page address (such as utm_*, gclid or msclkid) are passed to the partner link so that the affiliate network can attribute the visit. This happens only when you click. Once you leave our site, the affiliate network, the app store and the game publisher are separate controllers, and their privacy policies apply, including to any cookies they set.

5. What we do not do

  • No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB (see our cookie policy)
  • No analytics, heatmaps, advertising pixels or conversion tags
  • No fingerprinting
  • No third-party fonts, scripts, images or embeds
  • No forms, accounts or newsletters
  • No automated decision-making or profiling

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. To use them, email info@tevana.online. Server logs contain no names, so we may need details such as your IP address and the time of your visit to find any entries.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic (uoou.gov.cz). You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.

7. Changes

If our processing changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
